Psychology, couples counselling and coaching in Delft

We offer insured psychological care but choose to not have contracts with insurance companies.

You can register at our practice for (short-term) psychological care with a referral from your GP. Once we have received your referral we will assess if we can offer that particular service at our practice. If we do, you will receive an intake form, symptom questionnaire and a payment agreement. We deliberately chose to not have contracts with insurance companies. This means we have more time for direct care. We will send the invoice to our clients, who then get part of the costs reimbursed by their insurance company. How much that is exactly varies with each insurance company and policy. As soon as we receive the filled in intake form, payment agreement and symptom questionnaire, we will send you an option for an intake appointment with our head practitioner. You are also welcome for psychological care that is not covered by your insurance, coaching, couples counselling, work related issues or diagnostics. General enquiries

You can reach us on our phone number +316-25267373 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9.00 and 12.00 hr. On Wednesdays, our practice is closed. If it occurs that all our colleagues are busy, please try again later or leave a voicemail with your name, number and question or message. You can also use the WhatsApp button at the bottom right of your screen and we will contact you if necessary. 

  • Urgent matters

  • We do not provide continuous availability. In very urgent cases and by exception, we are available outside office hours for current clients. General mental healthcare is not meant for emergency mental healthcare.

    In case of a mental health emergency in which you need urgent care, please contact your own GP or after-hours GP. He or she can contact the crisis service. In a life-threatening situation, call the alarm number 112 or in case of suicidal thoughts, call 0900-0113.

  • Location

    Our practice is located at Rietveld 45 in Delft centre. 

    Train stations and bus/tram stops are within a 10–15-minute walking distance. Do you decide to come by car? In the inner city there is a system of parking permits for residents, which means you cannot park here. Please note that there are regular checks. At a few places, you can only park with an (expensive) day ticket. Affordable parking for visitors is available on the Paardenmarkt or in the Marktgarage on the Willem Naghelstraat, near the Koepoortbrug. From there, it is only a 5-minute walk to our practice. 

  • Appointments and no-show

    As far as possible, we try to schedule appointments in direct consultation with the client. If this is not possible, because for example we have sent a proposal by e-mail, we work with an option for a day and a time. Given how busy it is, we ask the client to confirm the option within 48 hours, so the appointment becomes definite, and we do not block our schedule for other clients.

    If you cannot make it to your appointment on the agreed date at the agreed time, you are requested to call, text, WhatsApp or e-mail at least 48 hours in advance to cancel. The earlier you cancel, the more chance we will have to be able to book another client in at the reserved time. 

    In case of a late cancellation or a now-show, we are unfortunately forced to charge in full for the reserved consultation time.
